When the then CEO quit eCourier on very short notice we were initially reluctant to ask Nigel to come back and take on the CEO role on an interim basis, but he quickly proved that it was the best decision. Although only working in a part time capacity, he quickly got all of the management team on board, reset the strategy and vision for the business and led to improvements in both service and profitability every month.

Under Nigel’s Tenure as a part time & Interim CEO the business made great strides forward every month – and this made it much easier to appoint a Full time and permanent CEO when the time was right.
